Welcome to the Northwest Intercollegiate Sailing Association website. The NWICSA is the governing body of intercollegiate sailing in the Northwest. The district has 10 member schools from Washington, Oregon, and British Columbia. This website contains current contact and school information as well as information on racing schedules, rules and by-laws, and directions to sailing venues.
